I strive to present my items as they are and not as they might have been. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Our products are always carefully cushion-packed in heavy-stock, post-office carton boxes for safe travelling. Nevertheless, shipping is out of our and your control and in the extreme case that your item is lost or damaged we will have to find a solution between us [seller and buyer]. Quoted Shipping is for ”Standard International Surface Shipping”. It is inexpensive, but does not offer any tracking or insurance.
We therefore strongly suggest that you choose one of the following methods of shipping: 1] “Signed-For” [Registered] which offers a refund of up to 40GBP in case of loss or 2] “EMS DATAPOST” which offers both online tracking and insurance for the whole purchase amount, for either loss or damage. Please understand that we have no control on the package after it leaves us and, unless one of the above-mentioned two shipping methods is chosen, we will not be able to accept any responsibility and/or offer any refund if the items is lost or damaged in transit.
As the majority of my products are vintage, they are described as best as they can be with a naked eye. Buyers should understand that vintage pieces are almost always used, unless otherwise noted as NOS [New Old Stock]. Nevertheless, I do not sell damaged goods and describe my merchandise to the best of my ability. My photos are of high-resolution so that you can notice even the smallest detail. To the best of my knowledge, I do not sell fake products. Any adjectives used to describe my products are used under the context of a vintage item. If you have further questions, please ask; I will try to answer to the best of my knowledge and as fast as I can.
