Any item purchased may be returned within 7 days of receipt of the item (the date given on the trackable receipt via Royal Mail) for a full refund (excluding initial postage costs. Goods returned with labels/tags removed, seal broken, obvious wear, strong cooking/cigarette/animal smells or generally not in the condition as was sent will not be accepted.
