As personalised items are completed to customers own  requirements, returns cannot be accepted unless the item is faulty or incorrectly personalised..

All other items, returns accepted within 7 days of receipt if faulty or damaged.

We send all our items within the UK via 1st Class Standard Packet Post with proof of posting obtained.

We are also happy to despatch worldwide however, all overseas orders will only be sent via International Signed For or Airsure.
Items are normally despatched within two working days.
