Now for the boring but important bit:
Payment - is to be received within 7 days of auction and buy it nows ending. Please send payment by paypal or uncrossed postal order, item will not be posted until postal order cashed. If paying by postal order please send to address etc on invoice and complete checkout. I am no longer able to accept cheques due to high bank charges.
Cert. Of Posting - All items are sent 1st class usually withing 2-3 days of your payment clearing. I always get a certificate of posting. If you have not received your item within 10 working days then please check with your local sorting office as the postie does not always leave a card. I have no control over how long Royal Mail take to deliver an item so please be patient. I am not responsible for lost items but where an item is lost i will fill in the undelivered mail form on your behalf and forward to Royal Mail.
Refunds - will be given if stated in a particular listing (see listings), less postage only if item is received back in a satisfactory condition, item must be returned within 7 days of receipt and returned at your own cost.
Postage discount - available, buy 1st item at full postage and for any further items postage will reduce by £1.50. Postage discount only valid within 3 days of purchase of 1st item.
Buy it now/Offers/Ending items early - I may also add buy it now or accept offers for certain items if i feel it is a good offer or end items early if requested, i may contact the bidder to advise of this so you can then get item cheaper and quicker, so please do not hesitate to ask.
Feedback is generated through my Auction Management service. The auto generation does not provide feedback until the transaction is complete. That means that the item has been paid for, shipped, received, and feedback has been left for me.
