Some items may have items missing, please double check the IN THE BOX list before placing a bid- a note will always be added stating if anything is missing. If bidding on mobile phones please check the Simlock of the handset.

Postage Costs: EBS sends all items out Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. Please check the postage of the particular item you wish to bid on/ buy. If you require postage insurance for your item an additional 2.00 GBP will be charged, please contact the email address below to request this option before payment is sent.

Returns Policy: EBS Online Mobile Phones are happy to refund or replace any faulty items within the first 14 days of purchase. We will send out a pre-paid bag for the item's return. We are unfortunately unable to accept returns for customers who change their mind about the item.

EBS Online Mobile Phones will not accept customers who do not complete payment on their items. Payment must clear within 1 week of the listing ending otherwise we will have no option but to re-list the item, leave negative feedback on your account and open an unpaid-item dispute with eBay.
