Summary

Nintendo DS Lite is a lighter and brighter version of the highly successful Nintendo DS, Nintendo's latest console includes all the existing features of the Nintendo DS, yet includes a variety of distinctive changes which truly sets it apart from other handheld consoles.

Nintendo DS Lite retains the advanced touch screen technology, allowing players to control the software with a stylus or even their finger, as well as dual screens, voice recognition and Wi-Fi capabilities of the Nintendo DS but is now both smaller and lighter. Weighing nearly 60g less than the original, it is just two thirds of the original size. The redesign isn't only cosmetic though, the Nintendo DS Lite features adjustable screen brightness with four settings, a repositioned microphone for ease of use and a larger and more comfortable stylus. With its new design and unique features, this console is perfect for everyone regardless of age, gender and gaming skills.

Features:

Its two bright screens can be adjusted to four levels to adapt to different lighting conditions and to extend battery power.

The microphone sits in the centre of the unit, and the LED lights are clearly visible whether the unit is open or closed.

The stylus is 1 centimetre longer and 1 millimetre thicker than the stylus of the original, and slides into a side storage slot.

The Start and Select buttons were repositioned for easier access.

A removable cover keeps the Game Boy Advance cartridge slot clear from dust and debris when it's not in use.

All sales come with 12 Months warranty covering manufacturing defects unless advertised differently. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not available. If the item is faulty, death on arrival (DOA) then we commit to issuing you with a working replacement within the warranty period. For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 365 days of receipt and accompanied with a packing slip.

Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 7 days from delivered date.

A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
Unwanted items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.

1. If I Pre-order an item when will I receive it?

We will deliver your pre-ordered item to you prior to release via your chosen method of delivery. The vast majority of pre-orders arrive for the day of release. However we cannot guarantee delivery by release date for recorded Royal Mail deliveries, because Royal Mail cannot make this guarantee. Please note that International orders will take longer to be delivered. Please note that release dates are subject to change.

2. Do you deliver to overseas customers? How much are the delivery costs?

3. Where's my order?

Once you have successfully placed your order and received e-mail confirmation back from us you are able to track the fulfilment progress of your order using the Royal Mail online system.

4. Lost in transit deliveries - what's your policy?

Before contacting us to report a lost / late delivery, please check on the status of your order using the Royal Mail system.

In the unlikely event that an order is lost during delivery, we will do our best to replace it as soon as possible (depending upon product availability). In order to confirm that an order sent via post has indeed been lost, we must wait 10 working days (please note International orders are subject to a 28 Day wait) before replacing it, as most 'missing' items are located within the postal system within this period, as advised by the Royal Mail.

It may also be advisable to contact your local sorting office to see if they are holding the order, having already tried unsuccessfully to deliver it to you.

Orders delivered via courier require the customer's signature upon delivery and cannot be released by the driver without this.

Please note: You may only claim for lost in transit deliveries for up to a maximum of 45 days from the despatch date.

5. Can I have my order sent to an address other than my own?

In most cases, no. However, for security reasons we are only able to make delivery of certain orders to the home address of the person placing the order, the credit/debit card holder. Please note that orders being sent to an alternative delivery address may be subject to security checks and delivery times will therefore be extended.
