PUCHASES AND PAYMENTS:

Due to the amount of varied components, available today, Outo is unfortunately unable to guarantee compatibility between items sold. It is customer's responsibility to ensure compatibility of any goods offered for sale by us, both with the existing components within your system and with any other goods offered for sale by us. 

On most orders from Outo (Outouk), credit and debit card payments must be made through PayPal, which are usually authorized and billed immediately. Certain orders by cheque, bank transfer, postal order and the faster payments service may require additional information from you before we can authorize your order (cheque clearing authorization takes 3-6 working days) this may add some time to the order process. 
If Outo (Outouk) need to contact you to verify information, we will hold your order until we can reach you. To help us, please also provide a telephone number and an e-mail address where we can contact you during daytime hours. Please make sure you check your e-mail used to place the order. In some circumstances, we may ask you to provide an alternative method of payment. 

DELIVERY:
  
For authorized orders placed with Outo (Outouk) before 12.30hrs Monday-Friday for UK deliveries, we aim for 95% of orders to be prepared, picked and packed, ready for dispatch the same day. For orders placed after 12.30hrs, we will try our best to ship the same day, but they may be picked next working day. 
For most deliveries from Outo (Outouk), we use Royal Mail, UPS and ParcelForce. Delivery usually takes between 1-3 business days, depending on which delivery service is stipulated at checkout (except during holiday periods, where delays are possible).If you want to arrange to pick up your order, please allow us at least 24hrs notice.
We also delivery to Ireland, France, Germany and to most other EU Countries, please contact us for delivery prices and/or delivery times (EU Delivery times vary on their destination).
ALL OUR PRICES INCLUDE VAT AT THE STANDARD RATE, THERE ARE NO HIDDEN CHARGES.

DELIVERY DAMAGES/LOSSES:

In the rare event of damage, all packaging must be kept for inspection by our insurance company or Outo (Outouk). The item must be available for inspection in the state it was delivered, at the address it was delivered to. 
If the item is moved / repaired or if the packaging is not kept, any claim will be voided. Photographs of the internal and external packaging as well as the damaged item must be supplied to start a claim. 
In the event of damage, repair costs must be supplied. If the item cannot be repaired, then we would need this in writing from a specialist, for the full claim amount to be considered. 

A lost claim can only be processed once the carrier has made extensive searches and deems the goods as lost. 
Any claim must be brought to us within 7 days of receipt in the case of delay/damage, and 14 days in the case of loss.

INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED:

If we have sent you a product you did not order (an "incorrect" product)

RETURNS, YOUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL:

If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from the date of delivery, for credit or refund, provided that you return the goods (at your own expense) as sold in pristine condition, in their unopened original packaging with all components and accessories.
Goods must be complete, unused, and in as new condition; for example, if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way and must be repackaged as received (If received in postal bag, it has to be sent back in one of the same quality).  
You must notify us of your intention to return the goods by emailing us within 7 days from the date of delivery. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT, THE RIGHT TO CANCEL, DOES NOT APPLY IN RESPECT OF ANY AUDIO OR VIDEO RECORDINGS OR COMPUTER SOFTWARE WHICH HAVE BEEN OPENED BY YOU.

RETURNS PROCEDURE FOR FAULTY NEW ITEMS:

In the unlikely event that you have a faulty product upon receipt, or within 28 days of delivery, we will offer you a choice of a replacement or refund. You must return the defective item to our premises, at your own expense. You must include a valid invoice number, the serial number and a description of the fault. We will then either, replace it through the warranty provider or issue a refund in respect of the defective item, solely at our discretion. 

When you receive this replacement item, the remaining warranty period on the item is valid only from the original date of purchase; warranties are not refreshed nor renewed on items that are issued to you as replacements. We may issue warranty replacement item(s) that are equivalent to, or better than the original item(s). 

In the event that the goods are returned and subsequently tested and found to be free of any faults the Seller, Outo (Outouk) may, at our discretion, require you to pay our reasonable testing costs and the costs of returning the goods to you.
 
For the remaining part of the warranty, we will normally offer to repair or replace the product through the Manufacturer’s/Return to Base warranty.

For products that are capable of storing data: Outo (Outouk) is not responsible or liable for any data stored on the product that is lost, deleted, or is otherwise inaccessible. All data will be deleted from the product during repairs. You should remove or make a backup copy of any data stored on the product prior to shipping the product to Manufacturer/RTB Warranty provider.

Our Refurbished, Renew, Open boxed and Ex-Demo products don't come under the normal faulty returns policy, as they are all checked prior to dispatch (unless otherwise stated) and are mainly End Of Line/Discontinued/Customer Returned products. WARRANTIES:

All goods supplied, are covered by the terms and conditions of either the Manufacturer’s Warranty or our own Factory Return to Base Warranty for a minimum period of 12 months (unless otherwise stated). 
This warranty specifically excludes any defect in the goods arising from wear and tear, damage caused by accident, natural disaster, intentional or accidental misuse, abuse, neglect or improper maintenance, or use under abnormal conditions; damage caused by an external electrical fault or any accident; damage from third party software or from virus(es); If the serial number of the components or accessories has been altered, cancelled or removed; the warranty seals have been broken or altered; Items with bent or broken pins/connectors are deemed user error and are not covered under the warranty.
In addition, routine maintenance (cleaning of dirty audio/video heads etc), consumables (plug fuses, cables, batteries, ink cartridges etc.), cosmetic damage and tuning of channels are not covered either.

REFURBISHED PRODUCTS:

Our Refurbished items come with a Full Factory 1 Year Return to Base Warranty. All our refurbished products have been professionally checked, tested, data cleansed and are ready to use. 
Please be aware that you need to register your product within 14 days for Full Warranty cover and technical advice.

HP RE-NEW PRODUCTS:

Our HP Re-New (Remanufactured) items come with a 1 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty (unless otherwise stated). All our HP Re-New products have been professionally checked, tested, data cleansed. 
Please register your product as soon as possible with the Manufacturer for full warranty cover and technical advice.

OPEN BOXED AND EX-DEMO PRODUCTS:

Our Open Boxed and Ex-Demo products come with either the Manufacturer’s Warranty or our own Factory Return to Base Warranty for a minimum period of 12 months (unless otherwise stated) All our Open Boxed and Ex-Demo products have been professionally checked, tested and are ready to use.
