ORDERING AND
DELIVERY
Our aim is
to deal with your order quickly and efficiently. As soon as we receive payment,
we will process your order straightaway. We aim to work on a 48-hour delivery
from stocked items. Certain items may be on an extended delivery time e.g.
wardrobes or dressers. We will advise you of the estimated delivery time when
you place the order and will keep you fully informed of the progress of the
order until delivery.
From the
time you place the order to the time you receive the goods we will keep you up
to date by email or telephone. If you need to telephone us we can be contacted
on 0113 2575758
Orders will
need to be signed for on delivery. Please check the boxes carefully before
signing. If a box is damaged, please note the box is damaged on the docket when
signing. Shortages and damage should be reported to us within 48 hours. Our
carriers deliver between 8.30 am and 6.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. When we receive
your order we will contact you to arrange a delivery day to suit
you.
If the
carriers try to deliver your order and you are not available they will leave a
card and try to deliver the next working day. If you are still not available
they will leave another card and try to deliver the following working day. If
you are still not available or refuse the goods you will be required to pay any
extra carriage costs incurred, these include costs of returning goods to
ourselves and costs for redelivery to yourselves.
RETURNS
(Distance
Selling Act – Does not include items purchased from our premises) If you are
unhappy with the goods you have purchased you may return them for a refund
within 7 days. The goods are to be returned at your own expense. If you require
us to arrange collection of an item, please contact us for a quote. Goods should
be in an unused resaleable condition, with their original packaging. The refund
excludes the cost of post/carriage of goods to yourself. The refund will be
issued upon receipt of the goods in their original condition. The above excludes
mattresses and bespoke items. Self assembly furniture cannot be refunded if
assembly is part or fully completed unless the item is faulty. When returning
items please remember to take an envelope to tape to the outside of the
packaging, containing your name, address and order number or receipt
number.
GUARANTEEIf a fault develops
on an item you have purchased within the first 28 days of receipt, we will give
you a replacement or refund following verification at the Service Centre. No
collection/carriage fees will be charged.
If a fault should
develop after 28 days but within the guarantee period, we will send out spare
parts free of charge wherever possible. We reserve the right to send the goods
to the Service Centre for inspection to ascertain whether the product has a
manufacturing fault. Should the item need to be repaired or replaced, this will
be done free of charge and no carriage costs will be
charged.
If a product is
damaged due to accident or misuse you will be charged for the carriage costs
incurred and any repairs carried out. We will contact you before carrying out
these repairs.
OUT OF
GUARANTEE
For items which
develop faults outside the guarantee period, we will be pleased to quote for
repairs.

All specifications
given are intended as a guide and are approximate. Representations of colours
are approximate, only due to the limitations of photographic and printing
processes. While every effort has been taken to ensure accuracy, we cannot
accept responsibility for omissions or errors.
DELIVERY
TERMS
The Delivery offer
price is for delivery to mainland UK locations only including Northern Ireland
and the Highlands of Scotland, Other non mainland locations including the
Islands of Scotland will be required to pay a shipping surcharge, we do not
profit on these as a business and will merely charge you the surcharges we are
charged by our carriers. Please contact us before making purchase to find out
postage costs. We will not dispatch your goods until these costs are paid.
Unfortunately we do NOT deliver to BFPO locations and therefore do not class
them as standard mainland UK locations.
We also deliver to
Ireland and mainland Europe, for a quote to deliver to these locations please
contact us BEFORE making purchases.
PAYMENT FOR
PRODUCTS
We expect full
payment within the first 7 days of purchase, we will open a dispute after this
time which can lead to a non payment strike and we will also leave negative
feedback. To avoid this happening please contact us if you have payment
difficulties and we will try and rectify any problems you may be
having.
