We accept following payment methods

3.4 Via eBay Messenger : Please use eBay 'Ask seller a question' link or 'Contact Seller' option on any of our eBay listings or eBay shop page. We will do our best to ensure you receive a quick response in less than 24 hours from our dedicated customer services team.
Return Policy
4.1 If you are not satisfied with you purchase you may return it to us for a refund.
4.2 All returns must be pre authorised and please contact us immediately via above contact options with the reason for your return.
4.3 All items must be return unused in their original packaging, with full box & its contents (i.e. phone, battery, charger & adaptors, handsfree, pc cable, leather case/pouch, user manuals, cd software, interior packing case, box, memory card) and in a resellable condition.
4.4 All returns must be received to us within 7 days from the day you receive delivery of the item(s).
4.5 Please note that all returned goods are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Any refund will be reduced by 10 % of the total cost (excluding postage costs) to cover our general administration & warehouse restocking cost.

4.7 If you are ;
4.7.1 a uk customer, all returns must be sent via royal mail special delivery or appropriate courier with online tracking + to be signed & signature obtained on delivery.
4.7.2 an overseas customer, all returns must be accompanied by an appropriate courier with online tracking + to be signed & signature obtained on delivery.
4.7.3 All customers are advised to keep safely the proof of payment for returning item(s)' deliver along with the confirmation note or slip provided by the relevant mail or courier service with tracking number on it, until we confirm the safe receipt of your return item(s).
4.8 Customer is responsible to bear the cost of returning the item and we do not accept or can not be held responsible for lost or damage of the item whilst in transit to us.
4.9 We advise you to include a note with ebay item number and buyer’s ebay user ID clearly sated on it, along with the return package.
4.10 Soon after our ‘Returns Dept’ has received your returned item(s)' package, the necessary actions will be initiated to process your refund and this process could take up to five working days.
4.11 Your refund will be made on the same mode of payment you used to make the payment at the initial purchase & no alternative methods are allowed.
