All items are posted no later than 3 days after payment has been received.  If in the unlikely event I am unable to do so I will email you to let you know of any unforeseen delay.

My postage cost I believe are fair, the cost reflects the time taken to photograph the item, the cost of postage bags/labels etc, the actual postage cost and the time taken to take the item to the post office. 

I automatically combine postage costs on multiple purchases but please do not pay for any of the items until I send an invoice for all your items together.

Unfortunately once the item has been handed over the post office counter, I cannot be held responsible for any damage to packaging, or loss of item/non delivery.  I do however always get proof of posting which I keep for 1 month. 

If you have any questions about any of my items please do not hesitate to ask as I do no accept returns unless there is a genuine error in my listing.  I do try to describe all my items as best I can, including size or measurement, colour, brand and condition.
