We are a clothing manufacturer based in the UK, supplying products to the fashion industry across the world. We aim to provide outstanding customer service and quality products at competitive prices. 
We are now offering our products via ebay direct to the public, thus providing a huge saving on high street costs. We are a UK VAT registered company and a VAT receipt can be supplied with any purchase. All of our products are brand new. Payment

Please complete checkout within 7 days, non payers will be reported to ebay. Payment can be made via paypal, by card or postal order. Unfortunately due to business bank account charges we are unable to accept cheques under the value of £25, if you wish to pay by cheque for an order below that value please include an additional 50p to the total value of your order. Shipping

We post every day Mon-Fri. Your order will be dispatched immediately upon cleared payment, cheques will require clearing before your order is sent. Orders paid before 2:00 pm will be dispatched the same day, all other orders will be dispatched by the end of the following day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Our standard postage is using Royal Mail First Class Service. This usually arrives the following day, however Royal Mail state 1-2 days. Opting for the additional Royal Mail First Class Recorded Service will require a signature. We offer a postage discount for multiple items, to qualify all items must be paid at the same time. Please contact us before making payment to request a combined invoice. For UK deliveries additional items usually cost a further £1 per item, for international deliveries additional items usually cost a further £2 per item. For urgent or larger quantity deliveries please contact us for a personal quote. We are able to offer all services which royal mail provide. For larger orders we offer a next day courier service within the UK and 2 day guaranteed courier service within the EU, please contact us for costing. To help, we have a procedure for items lost in post, if this occurs please contact us either via telephone, through ebay or email us direct at sales@direscthighstreetfashion.com. Royal Mail’s policy requires us to wait 15 days before making a claim for non-delivery, however please contact us as soon as you suspect your item has not been delivered. We are able to offer insured postage on all items which we sell, this usually is £1.00 on each transaction, please add this to your postage selection or contact us if not listed. Please be aware that with Royal Mail your order is automatically insured up to £36.

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Pictures are taken to best represent the item for sale, we cannot be responsible for slight variances to colours/shades caused by the photographing process. Return/Exchange

We accept returns/exchanges for all Buy It Now purchases only if the item is returned within 14 days in original unused condition. We will refund the full purchased cost of the item. We do not refund any postage fees. (we do not accept responsibility of items lost in the post when returning back to us, we advise items are returned via Recorded Delivery). We do not accept returns for Auction items. We are willing to exchange items purchased via an auction, only if you 'the buyer' return the item and pay the postage cost again. (Item must be in original unused condition and returned within 14 days)  Before returning any item please contact us via ebay to inform us of your intention, this must be within 7 days of purchase. All items returned must include your name, your ebay id and item number with brief details of reason for returning the item. Once received by us a refund or exchange will be arranged within 48 hrs. Please contact us straight away regarding any faulty or post damaged items and we will arrange a replacement immediately.
