• Due to the nature of the embellishment, missing beads are not considered as defect.

Payment

·         Please pay within 3 days of auction ending to ensure quick dispatch of items. Non payers will be reported to e-bay. If you have any problem and you are unable to pay within 3 days, just let me know.

·         I only accept PayPal payment.

Postage and packaging

·         Postal charge includes all packaging charge as well as all e-bay and PayPal fees. Please don’t assume that the P&P includes only royal mail postal cost.

·         All items will be well packed in plastic waterproof bags for safe arrival and all postage will be made through royal mail.

·         Postal charge has been fixed according to the weight of the item.

International buyers please contact for combined p&p in case of multiple purchase.

Shipment

·         All items will be dispatched through royal mail. International postage will be through royal mail airmail (small packet) service,

·         I try to dispatch item as soon as possible. Usually I dispatch within 1 day of payment received.

·         If you pay in Saturday afternoon, Sunday or in any bank holiday, your item will be dispatched next working day.

·         In any case if you like to receive your item urgently, let me know. I’ll try best to help.

·         I always keep postal proof. In very unusual case of lose of item through postal process, I can provide postal proof. However I will not be responsible for postal lose, delay or damage. I will recommend you to choose recorded service for delivery confirmation.

·         In any case I have emergency and I can not dispatch item quickly, I will let you know.

Return policy

·         I DO NOT accept return for used cloths as they are sold for clearing out.  So please check measurement and other detail carefully. I won’t issue a refund for wrong sizing. I try to measure most accurately and try to describe the item as honesty & accurately as possible. If you have any question, please ask before bidding.

·         I will accept a return for new cloths within 7 days of receiving item in original condition it was sent and I’ll refund EXCLUDING p&p charge.

·         However in any case of any problem, please contact me. I’ll try best to help.
