We accept payment by: Credit* or Debit Card, Paypal, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT. (*excluding American Express)

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. 

Mainland UK orders for Standard delivery are normally dispatched same day when payment is made before 10am. We expect delivery to be within 1 to 3 working days thereafter from the date of clearance of your order. 

Expected delivery dates can be dependent on the courier company / Royal Mail. 

The standard postage charge is as per the description for delivery to Mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland only, other areas may attract an additional charge (see below), if in doubt  PLEASE GET A QUOTE before purchasing or Bidding on any ebay item. (email with your full address and the item required).

Please make sure all relevent details regarding your order including a telephone number are stated on the payment form or within an additional email to ensure your order is processed successfully.

*All items sent via our courier will require a signature and someone to be in at the address given. If you are out the courier company will attempt delivery twice and if you do not contact them your order will be sent back to us which will occur another p+p charge.

Returns

Please make sure you contact us prior to returning any goods as we will not accept any returns back without a returns form which we will provide you.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

All other items must be returned within 7 days in its original unused condition (including packaging), a restocking fee will be applied. Returns of this nature requires YouWantWeHave Authorisation.

Issues regarding compatibility should be resolved before purchasing. YouWantWeHave will not be held responsible once goods have been purchased.
