All our garments come direct from the quoted store factory approved agent and have the store labels removed, partially cut or marked through to prevent store returns. All our items are carefully selected for their style and quality and we will exchange or refund including P&P any item that has a genuine manufacturing fault or is not as described. Items bought on a buy it now may be returned for an exchange or refund if they are not suitable and this will be made immediately upon receipt providing the garment is return as it was sold, minus the postage charges. Please obtain proof of postage.

We do everything possible to describe and display as accurately as possible each item we are selling, but because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the true colour of the delivered garment. We cannot give refunds for auction items because they do not exactly match the colour of the photo on your monitor, do not fit, or because you do not like them. However, we will give consideration to any concerns you have and take the appropriate action we feel necessary to maintain good customer relations.
