Handling time:
Our items are purchased and stored in different locations around the world. We'll ship the ones stored outside EU borders in two stages: first to our logistical facility in the UK, and then to you, thus saving you all dealings with customs, taxes etc. This might, however, make for a slightly prolonged handling time of your order.

Dispatch time:
UK buyers: Items will be shipped from our international warehouse to our UK warehouse in Kettering, once arrived your item(s) will be sent to you using first class Royal Mail services or DPD Courier service. Estimated time of delivery is up to 8 working days.

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France Germany, Ireland, Luxemburg, Monaco & Netherlands buyers: Items will be shipped from our international warehouse to our UK warehouse in Kettering, once arrived your item(s) will be sent to you using DPD Courier service. Estimated time of delivery is up to 14 days but can vary according to the local postal services.

US, Canada, Australia buyers: Items will be shipped via EMS, USPS; estimated time of delivery is up to 7 days but can vary according to the local postal services.

All other buyers.: Items will be shipped from our Kettering warehouse on the next working day after payment has been completed using Airmail without a tracking number. It usually takes up to 14 working days however this can vary according to the local postal services

Note to our customers: If you see a discrepancy between the shipping cost on eBay and the shipping cost in our drop-down shipping calculator, the correct shipping cost is the CHEAPER one.

We will gladly issue a replacement, refund or store credit for the value of the merchandise returned within 14 days from the day that you received your item(s).

In cases when the return is a result of an error made on our part (and only in those cases), we will refund the item's price & the full shipping costs.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received (i.e. Unworn, unused). You will need to carefully save and send us back all the original tags, packaging and paperwork from the item.

There is no need to contact us when sending a return. However, if the item you have received is faulty or incorrect, please email us in order to arrange a quick replacement.

Please ensure you send the parcel using any traceable method, the items are your responsibility until they arrive at our returns department.

3. Reason of return
4. The item condition
5. The action you wish to take
