Monsoon Picot Blue Skirt

From Monsoon this pretty skirt has a wide waistband and a hidden side zippy. 
Biased cut picot trim panels fall from the waist and widen to the bottom hem, navy blue with a pretty beige floral pattern to the material and lined in matching navy blue.  Simply beautiful and pure cotton.
