UK buyers: items will be shipped from our Kettering warehouse, using first class Royal Mail services or DPD Courier service. Total shipping & handling time should be up to 5 working days.

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxemburg, Monaco, Netherlands buyers: Items will be shipped with DPD Courier service.
Total shipping & handling time should be up to 7 working days.

All other buyers: Items will be shipped via Royal Mail International Priority Service Shipping time for these items should usually take up to 5 - 7 working days, but can vary according to the local postal services.

Total shipping & handling time should be up to 10 working days, we cannot guarantee time of delivery.

Insurance:

Shipping insurance is available and highly recommended; we don't take responsibility for uninsured parcels.

Note to our customers: If you see a discrepancy between the shipping cost on eBay and the shipping cost in our drop-down shipping calculator, the correct shipping cost is the CHEAPER one.

Returns are accepted for a store credit or a money refund for the goods only (your choice) up to 7 days after the item has been received. In cases when the return is a result of an error made on our part (and only in those cases), we will refund not only the item's price, but also the full shipping costs. Please contact us by email to request an RA # (Return Authorization Number). Be sure to note your eBay item number in your email.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received (i.e. Unworn, unused). You will need to carefully save all the original tags, packaging, documentation and paperwork that came with the item. Items must be returned to the same address from which they were sent.
