Items are posted Monday to Friday not weekends. Parcels are sent Standard Second Class. Boots that weigh over 1 kilo will be sent standard parcels- as second class is not available for over 1 kilo. Should your parcel not arrive then I will happily make the claim for you after the 15 days have elapsed (time scale set by Royal Mail). I will only re-send item/or issue a refund on the cost of the shoes or boots, if and when Royal Mail reimburse me.

The picture in the listing is one size used in all listings that I have for that style. Also I take the size from the box/shoe different shoe suppliers can have slight size differences please ask if unsure and I will measure the shoe for you.

Payments are PayPal I will accept postal orders so please ask.

Returns are accepted (14 days). Buyer pays return postage and Refunds will only be given to the value of goods (subject to them not being worn and in original packaging...I do not refund P+P costs.
