     Please read this announcement before buying/bidding!

Due to ongoing staggered postal strikes affecting various parts of the UK, please be aware that your order might take longer than usual to arrive.I am not responsible for how long Royal Mail take to deliver parcels, my responsibility is to ensure I post within 5 working days of payment being received and cleared.I have therefore made certain temporary changes to ensure that buyers can receive their items with greater ease without being too affected by Royal Mail delivery problems: 

1. ALL the goods I sell are sent by Signed For Delivery, so please email me if you have been  waiting a long while for your parcel to arrive.Calling your Local Sorting Office/Postal Depot with the tracking number of the parcel can sometimes be helpful in locating your parcel sat in the backlog, waiting for delivery.(PLEASE NOTE:This depends on the sorting office and how much backlog of mail they have to be delivered.Some sorting offices will not be able to help at all even with a tracking number,especially if they have an enormous amount of mail to sort through and deliver).

2. I have certain listings(usually bulky, large or fragile items) that offer delivery via courier or the choice to collect from me in Colliers Wood,SW London(SW19).

3.For all Buy Now listings (Freepost and with postage)collection in person is now available as an option to saving on postage and getting your item quickly. If you cannot collect, then I would recommend upgrading to Special Delivery, if you want your order sent quickly and if the order is time sensitive.     

4. All Auction listings will be sent  by Royal Mail second class recorded as normal. If you bid on 4 items or more at the same time, you are welcome to collect the items from me in SW London (Colliers Wood, SW19).      

5. With several options offered, please be aware that while these postal problems are ongoing,that any items sent by Royal Mail that fail to reach their destination after 15 days of being sent and that are therefore deemed as lost, will only be refunded once the item has reported to me and I have submitted a claim to Royal Mail and Royal Mail have paid out the claim. I will not be paying out lost/delayed claims BEFORE Royal Mail pay out the claim.I apologise if this is inconvenient, but please be aware of this BEFORE bidding to avoid misunderstandings.
