Postage charges

We are more than happy for you to collect an item to save on the postage costs and will also combine postage of multiple wins on a 50% reduction for each additional item(please wait for invoice to be sent). Postal charges cover packing, wrapping and postal costs.  INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO BIDDING TO CONFIRM EXACT SHIPPING COSTS.

 

Payment

Payment must be made within 7 days of auction closing and is to be made via paypal, personal cheque (which will have to clear before goods are dispatched) or UNCROSSED postal order.  INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS MUST BE ABLE TO PAY VIA PAYPAL.

 

PLEASE NOTE : Non paying bidders will be reported to ebay and negative feedback left.

 

Royal Mail

We are not responsible for the postal services and will always obtain a proof of postage but will pass this onto the buyer to claim.  For UK bidders you will be offered postal insurance at check out for an additional 70p and if you choose this service the item will be sent recorded delivery.

 

Returns

If you are not entirely happy with the product you receive we are happy to refund the full amount (excluding postage) on return of the item.
