Postage and Packaging

All our items are posted using either Royal Mail or Parcelforce.  We aim to post your order within 3-5 days of your order being processed.  

No orders are processed during weekends or Public or Bank Holidays.

Terms & Conditions

All items sold are new, unused and boxed, unless otherwise stated.  
All goods are supplied with a manufacturers 12 month warranty, this EXCLUDES bulbs, LEDS and any items given away as a free gift. 
 
**Condensation does not qualify as a warranty claim due to the ever changing weather here in the UK**

We do our best to describe all good accurately stating the vehicles that the goods will fit and try to supply a correct picture of the item you are buying. Sometimes colours may vary due to lighting at the time the picture was taken, and we often use pictures supplied to us direct from suppliers. We may also occasionally use a library picture if a suitable picture is not available at the time of listing. If you have received your goods and are not happy with them you can return them within 7 working days under the cancel/return policy from the first paragraph of this page.

Ultimate Styling will not be held liable for any labour costs or other expenditure whatsoever incurred by the customer with respect to the purchased products.
Products should be trial fitted to vehicles before any work is undertaken.

Liability

Other than specified in these terms and conditions, Ultimate Styling will accept no responsibility for direct-, consequential- or any other loss from the supply / use of any goods.

RETURNS

Cancellation & Returns Policy

Cancelling or Returning an Item
Please ensure you contact us within 7 days or receiving your item.  
If you cancel you must return the goods at your own expense. You must ensure the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage, with their original boxes along with a copy of the invoice/delivery note.

Goods that have already been painted, modified, cut or altered in any way may not be refunded or returned under this policy.

Refunds

Please note that all refunds will be reimbursed to you via the same method or original payment, ie if you paid via PayPal then you will be paid back into your Paypal account.  Refunds will be issued only when the item has been returned back to us.
