Returns will be accepted up to 14 days, providing the customer returns the goods undamaged and unused, and as originally delivered, complete with all  labels, documents and packaging etc. 
In the event of the item being faulty or damaged the customer must return the goods as above along with a written description of the claimed fault. Faulty or damaged items must be notified to us by email or eBay messages within 24 hours of receipt, if not, then any possible refund or replacement will be at our discretion.
