Payment

After winning an auction or Buy It Now purchase you must complete payment. We take non-paying bidders very seriously and reserve the right to report any non-payment or fraud to collection services and credit reporting agencies.

Delivery to an alternative address will be available at our discretion. Other acceptable forms of payment are Bank Transfer, Postal Orders and Cheques to our Business address. Cheques are subject to a waiting period of 5 working days before goods are dispatched.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty or incorrect, we will also refund the postage costs.
