Payment

Paypal - Our preferred payment method. Payment via Paypal will ensure the fastest possible delivery. You can also make instant credit/debit card payments via Paypal. Our Paypal address is sales@automotive-cc.co.uk

Cheque / Postal Order - Allow up to ten working days for cheques to clear our bank account.

Please make cheques and postal orders payable to ‘Automotive-cc'. Please ensure that you include with your payment the ebay item number and your name and address. We sell a lot of items and this information is needed so we know what you are paying for.

Payment should be posted to; Charles Collins, Automotive-cc, 38 Pennycress, Locks Heath, Southampton, Hants, SO31 6SY.

Cash on collection - By prior arrangement and at a mutually convenient time you are welcome to pay us cash on collection.

Overseas buyers - Automotive-cc operates in UK pounds sterling only. Overseas buyers must pay via Paypal. Paypal will automatically convert other currencies to UK sterling.

All Auction and “Buy It Now” prices include VAT.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Unfortunately we can't guarantee same day dispatch.

We are happy to combine postage costs where appropriate, making multiple purchases more cost effective.

Items sent within the UK will be via 1st class, 2nd class, Standard Parcels or Courier, as specified by the postage details listed in the item particulars.

Special Delivery and Recorded Signed For are available subject to payment of the additional charge. Details available on request. 

In the unfortunate event that an item is lost during delivery we will assist in any enquiries and claims that are made and provide the proof of posting certificate. Royal Mail do not consider any inland item to be missing until 15 days after the expected delivery date and will not investigate any claim made before then. International claims cannot be made until 25 working days after the item was posted.

PLEASE NOTE; The shipping charge includes the overall postage cost, not just the price of the stamp. This includes a recorded delivery charge where specified, packaging, handling and transport fees in compliance with ebay’s terms and conditions.

Postage costs are non-refundable.

Overseas buyers may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Automotive-cc, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Automotive-cc will not be liable to the vendor or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business howsoever caused, even if that loss or damage was foreseeable by, or the possibility of it was brought to the attention of Automotive-cc.

Returns

Automotive-cc are a reputable Power Seller who are dedicated to providing high levels of customer service before and after every sale.

If you have ANY problems please contact us prior to leaving feedback as we will always strive to work through any issues.

Returns and Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Automotive-cc and may be subject to a 20% handling fee.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

We will not accept items which have been misused or used for a purpose other than what the item was designed for. 

In the unlikely event that a refund is required, all returns must be the original items.

Refunds will be made via Cheque where Paypal is not available.

Returned items should be well packaged to avoid damage in the post, and we recommend the use of a traceable service so that you can confirm when we receive the item. Automotive-cc is not responsible for returned items lost in the post, or that arrive in poor condition.
