Items found to be of an unsatisfactory quality will be replaced. If no replacement is available a refund will be given. Items will only be replaced/refunded after the item has been returned. Returned items will be inspected for our markings to ensure they were supplied by ourselves. If returned items are found not to have been supplied by ourselves, no refund will be given and the matter will be reported to eBay and the Police. (Obtaining Good's by Deception is covered under the theft act.) Items purchased via Paypal may not be collected in person. (Paypals seller protection policy only covers items sent to a verified address) Items are not considered lost until fifteen working days have elapsed. (Royal Mail's policy-not ours!) We are unable to offer a replacement/refund until after this timeframe. Royal Mail will not compensate for the cost of postage, so we are unable to refund return postage costs. In the event of a lost item, we will refund part or all of the postage costs at our discretion, in line with eBay policy.  Faulty items must be returned within seven days of receipt, or no refund will be given. Buyers are responsible for ensuring the correct fit of any item bought. No refunds will be offered for parts correctly supplied, that have been bought in error. Replacments may be offered at our discretion. All postage prices (unless otherwise stated) are for mainland UK only. For an oversea's postage quote please contact us using the eBay messages forum. The cost of postage includes packaging, dispatch etc, and may be higher than the actual postal fee.
