1.       Shipping Policy

We tend to ship within 1 working day after the payment is received.

We post our items via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, which usually takes 2-3 working days to be delivered.

Alternatively we post heavy items via a courier which takes 2-5 working days to be delivered. 

Please contact us for a quote if you would like your purchase to be sent by Special delivery.

Please contact us for a quote if you need the item to be shipped outside the UK. 

    2.       Payment Methods

We require payment within 7 working days of winning the item! Otherwise an unpaid item strike will be opened.

We accept the following forms of payment:

                  ·         Personal Cheque

                         ·         Cash on collection 

 3.       Return Policy

In case of receiving a faulty item, please inform us as soon as possible and a return/refund will be commenced.

Please inspect the contents of your order before signing for the delivery.

In case receiving a damaged item please sign the item as damaged and inform us within two days.

 Otherwise we do not accept returns/refunds.

Before we can commence refunds or returns due to damage, you will need to supply pictures of the damaged item.

 This does not cover fitting mistakes made by the customer. 

We do not refund if you have purchased a part for a different car model than the advertised description.

The customer is responsible for any return costs. 

          4.       Warranty Information

We offer our clients a 30-day warranty for such mechanical parts as

Engines and Gear Boxes.

All the other parts are covered by a 7-day warranty.

The warranty starts the day a purchase was made on. 

   5.       Customer Service

We tend to response to our customers within 2 hours after receiving an email.

We tend to ship within 1 working day after the payment is received.
