DELIVERY.

You will be sent an email at each stage of the transaction - when you win an item, to acknowledge payment and upon despatch.

Where a courier rate is offered, this is for a standard next working day delivery service from the date posted and only applies within mainland UK or IOW.  Surcharges will apply for courier services outside of this area.  Please email for details.  A signature will be required on delivery and if there is no one in on the first attempt a card will be left with instructions on who to call.  A second delivery attempt is included in the charge and this will normally be made the next day unless you have been in contact to request otherwise.  Any further delivery attempts will be charged at the standard rate.
