Returns
All products are guaranteed to be in working order when you receive them. If they are not, we will replace the item (if possible) or offer you a refund on the full purchase price excluding postage and packing, providing the item is returned to us within 7 days of you receiving it, buyers are to pay return delivery costs.
We give positive feedback to winning bidders once we have recieved feedback. We will always give 7 days notice before posting a negative feedback so that the bidder has time to respond by e-mail.

It is solely the buyer's responsibility to make efforts to arrange payment and make sure that cleared payment is received by us in time. Winning more than one item, but ...?
If you win more than one same/similar item from us but decide not to go for all of them, we reserve the right to cancel all of your transactions.
