Shipment is made according to the weight of your order and depends on where you live. Under 2kg within the UK are usually sent Royal Mail - over 2kg and overseas we use a courier service.

We accept PayPal, credit cards, bank transfer, cheques and postal orders.

If you make a payment by bank transfer and are overseas you MUST pay both sides of the transaction fee charged by the bank.

We accept returns with no quibble up to 14 days from the purchase of your item - this is a LEGAL requirement for all businesses selling online.

In the unlikely event that a return is request, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Software sales are not refundable. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.

These SMALL LED Grow Lights contain 24 LED's that emit light in the PURE BLUE 460-465nm region - they have an E27 screw fitting base - a 27mm Edison Screw - which fits the worlds commonest lamp fitting. You can find them pretty much on sale anywere.

All of our technology and hydroponic items are sent in nondescript packages, and are simply light bulbs or panels that light up when plugged
in in the case of our grow lights. Some ebay listngs can be made private easily - others are not so easy and can be missed. If you are in doubt please contact us.
To further protect you and your integrity we have opted to change our policy of including a welcome letter with your LED Grow Lights - and instead
Your welcome letter and information pack will be EMAILED to you unless specifically requested.

By the end of September, no reference to any products except your name and address and a return address (ours) will be found
in the packets and parcels we send out. Since we are currently undergoing transition to this new policy please bear with us.
