Returns and Refunds
1. Faulty Goods (within 6 months of despatch)
If your purchase develops a fault within 6 months of despatch, we will exchange the item. We will arrange for the item to be returned for testing, and then send you a new replacement straight away. Alternatively if proof can be provided by photographic or video evidence we can send a replacement without exchanging. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no exchange or repair.
2. Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order.
