Terms & conditions of sale:

1. Items must be paid for within 5 days of the auction ending. If we have not received payment or contact after those 5 days we will contact you to see if there is a problem that we can help you with. If no further contact is made in the next 2 days then the non-paying bidder will be reported to eBay and negative feedback left.
2. International bidders must pay by PayPal only. We do not accept personal cheques or money orders from outside the UK. Bidders from Australia must contact us for postage costs before committing to buy.
3. FEEDBACK: We will leave feedback for you after we have received it. That way we know that you have received the item and are happy with it.
4. We always get proof of posting certificates for all items sent. If you elect not to take the optional postal insurance and there is a claim for compensation to be made for lost or damaged items then we will post you the certificate of posting via recorded delivery for you to make the claim. If you do take the optional insurance then we will send the item via recorded delivery, and we will take care of any claims should they need to be made.
