Faulty Items:

Returns are only accepted if the items are faulty or damaged upon receipt. Items must be returned within 7 days of the receipt. All items must be returned with a copy of the invoice, and the fault must me clearly stated. Customer must contact us before sending returns.

Order Errors:

If an item is received which is not what was ordered, it can be returned to us for a replacement. Item must be returned with all original packaging and invoice. Item will be exchanged upon receipt

Terms:

- All returns must be reported before dispatch.
- All returns must include invoice.
- Fault must be clearly stated with the item.

Refunds:

If refunds are to be made, only the item value will be refunded via the payment method used to pay for the item, P&P cannot be refunded.
