 This is a BNWOT BLACK 2 layer, 5 tier nylon petticoat. The top layer is nylon net and the bottom layer nylon so as not to scratch your legs, Each tier is joined to the next with BLACK   satin ribbon and the hem on each layer is edged with BLACK  satin ribbon.

The petticoat is made by ...'MALCO MODES '.The tag says 'RN70755'..MADE IN USA ....578 .. s... The underside of the tag gives the care instruction.

The size is small  

 The is length is 21 and the waist is 21" unstretched stretching to 38"". This petticoat will fit up to a size 10 - 12 

This is a really beautiful petticoat and very full, and will look great under any dress or skirt that you wear it with. It comes from a non smoking home. Thank you for looking
