You are looking at a black and silver PVC circle skirt. The bottom of the silver pvc has a line of small black lace trim at the bottom. The waistband is slightly elasticated and is also black pvc. The back fastens up with a zip. This skirt was handmade by HERESY!

This really is a pretty skirt. The waist is elasticated, and will be made to your measurements. It is approx 22" long . As it is a circle skirt. it would look GREAT with a net skirt underneath.
