PAYMENT

I prefer payment by PAYPAL, which must be RECEIVED within 3 WORKING days after auction end.

I will consider POSTAL ORDERS and  PERSONAL CHEQUES (UK ONLY)
ALL Postal orders/Cheques must be received within 3 working days after auction ends. If I accept your request to pay by Postal order/Cheque you will be sent an e-mail after wining with all the details you need to make the payment – you MUST RESPOND to this e-mail.  Items will be sent  only when cheques etc clear

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE, I only accept PAYPAL.

If paying by PayPal you must have a fully activated PayPal account. Please DO NOT BID if your PayPal account has not been fully set up/or passed verification process, if it hasn't you will not be able to pay within 3 days & the item will be relisted

If you are genuinely having problems with your PayPal account I will accept a Cheque/Postal order but you must e-mail to explain the problem and for the necessary details.

Failure to PAY within 3 WORKING days will result in being reported as a non-paying bidder, negative feedback being left and the item being relisted.

POSTAGE/DELIVERY

All AUCTION items that have been fully paid for will be dispatched 48 HOURS after auction end, BUY IT NOW items will be dispatched 48-72 hours after payment received.

I offer a REDUCED Standard Sellers Rate for multiple purchases. Please e-mail with the items that interest you and I will let you know what the combined STANDARD SELLERS RATE will be.

Postage charges include the cost of packing materials/handling fee.

International Bidders – I charge a FIXED RATE FEE for international posting for this item which includes packing materials and a HANDLING fee, PLEASE check bottom of auction page for cost for your particular country before bidding.

UK items are sent by 1st or 2nd class post but please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

International Bidders – all items are sent by standard Airmail, please allow up to 10-14 working days for delivery.

UK Bidders – please add 65p if you require recorded delivery, which requires a signature.

PLEASE NOTE I always obtain proof of posting.

I am not responsible for items lost, delayed or damaged in the post (The post office provide insurance for ordinary mail up to the value of £28.00 – this includes recorded delivery and standard parcels. You can add 70p for insurance for items up to the value of £100 and £1.25 for items up to the value of £250. You must make me aware if you require insurance as I will not be held responsible for uninsured items.

UK Bidders – in the event of an item going missing, I will process a claim with the royal mail and refund you after they have settled the claim (Takes between 6-8 weeks). Royal mail will longer refund postage costs on lost items of mail. Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until 15 working days after expected delivery date for UK items and 20 working days after expected delivery date for international items and so I can only send off a claim form once this time has passed.

Royal Mail only keeps uncollected parcels for 7 days now before returning to sender, so please remember to pick up the item if delivery is attempted while your out. If it comes back to me I will have to ask you to send the P+P again.

BIDDING

I am willing to give new Ebayers with no feedback as yet, the benefit of the doubt BUT you must e-mail me first before bidding, failure to do so may result in your bid being cancelled.

OTHER POINTS

Should Ebay shut down or have technical difficulties within the final 24 hours of the auction ending, I have the right to relist my item.

Please bear in mind that I am a sole trader and will always strive to response to all e-mails as soon as received but sometimes delays will be inevitable.

Please note that most items I sell are vintage/used and so will have signs of wear. I will always mention any major flaws.

VINTAGE/USED means the items have been pre-worn or pre-loved and are not new. I do my very best to source items that are in very good condition for their age.

Please not that colours may vary slightly but where the colour is very different due to flash use/difficult lighting conditions then I will state so in the advert.
