All goods are supplied BRAND NEW and from reputable suppliers. In the unlikely event of any item found to be defective/faulty it will be refunded or replaced if possible. Total purchase cost including postage will be refunded if a suitable replacement isn't available.

Refunds:
Original postage will be refunded for transactions under the 7 day cooling off period, but Please Note: The customer is responsible for the return postage costs for non defective/faulty items after this 7 day period. As per EBay policy, items should be returned within 14 days, please let us know if this isn't possible for some reason.

Returns:
Should you be unhappy with your purchase and you wish to return it you must contact us by email within 7 working days  here on E-Bay to inform us before sending back the Item[s]. After this period only defective/faulty items may be returned. Items should be returned in good condition, with all labels/receipts/tags if at all possible.
