Payment Options
If your payment is received before 4pm Monday to Friday, your item(s) will be posted the same day. If payment is received after 4pm, your item will be posted the next working day. All payments received on Saturday or Sunday; will have items shipped on Monday.
Payment MUST be received within 3 days, after winning the auction. Non paying bidders will be reported to ebay. We can accept payment through Paypal, cheque or postal order. Please do not send cash in the post.
If paying by cheque or postal order please remember to include your ebay user name and item number with your payment to avoid delays in dispatching your item(s).

Dispatch & Shipping Information
Once payment has been received your item(s) will be securely and safely packed and shipped using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery Services, within the United Kingdom. For orders outside the UK, items will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery.
Recorded Delivery Parcels: usually arrive the next day after posting; however it can take up to 7 working days for them to arrive. We kindly ask you to wait until 7 working days before contacting us if you have not received your order, as delays with the postal service can sometimes occur.
Special Delivery Parcels: should arrive the next day before 1pm and are insured up to £500.00
Royal Mail International Signed For Parcels: typically can take up to 7 working days to arrive.
Please Note: all delivery methods will require a signature upon delivery, or the parcels will be returned to your local post office for collection. If they are not collected within 7 working days, they will then be returned back to us. We will re-post them for you free of charge only once, after that you will incur any extra postage costs if the parcel is undeliverable for the second time.

Feedback
Feedback is an important part of a transaction. We will always leave positive feedback for buyers who have left us similar positive feedback. This system is automated as we no longer leave feedback manually, due to the amount of buyers who do not leave feedback.
In order for us to leave positive feedback for you; after receiving your item, simply leave us positive feedback and we will do the same for you immediately, updating your feedback score.
If there is a problem with your item, we urge you to contact us via email. Please do not leave negative feedback before contacting us, as most problems can easily be sorted out quickly and efficiently.
Please Note: that all emails are replied to within 24hrs. If you have not received a reply from us, please check your email settings, as all emails are always replied to and not ignored.
