so we are unable to hold any items for exchange.

If any goods that we have sent/posted/shipped to you are sent back to us here at urbanmill
 due to not being pickedup/called for at
your local post pick up point/office and are sent back to us we
will recharge the full posting costs as listed and you will have to pay that cost before item/items are reposted/shipped. 
For 14 days after you have received your order you have the right to return (as stated by eu law) as long as they are in their original packing. Postage for returns is charged to the customer.
