Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your item, please feel free to return it to us within 14 days of purchase date, for a full refund of the purchase price, by the same method of payment.
Original postage paid cannot be refunded.
Any returned item must be sent in a perfect, unused condition, in suitable packaging complete with any tags and dust bags and not smelling of cigarette smoke for a refund to be issued.
Any item returned not suitably packaged which results in the item being squashed and bent will not be refunded and return of the item to the customer will be at the customer’s expense.
All items are inspected before dispatch but in the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty, please inform us immediately and a replacement will be posted to you free of charge.
Any returned item should be sent recorded delivery - we would not be responsible for any returned item, which is lost or damaged in transit.
