We do accept Paypal but would appreciate payment over the phone on 01473 425855. Our phone lines are open for payments from 10am till 5pm Mon-Fri. We accept all types of credit/debit card

We accept Paypal and we have a verified Paypal  account to enable you to pay in complete safety using Paypal’s secure online payment facility.
We accept cheques, bankers draft and postal orders, made payable to 2xcite Ltd, and sent to 2xcite Ltd, P O Box 600, Ipswich, IP4 5ZQ.

All cheques take 5 working days to clear, no exceptions, whereas items paid for by postal order or bankers draft will be dispatched on the day of receipt. Please ensure you include with your payment your address and the item number of the item you have bought.

Some sellers charge buyers for accepting their payment but we do not charge any surcharges or extra monies for any payment service you choose. It is free to use any service of payment to 2xcite Ltd. 

 To prevent internet fraud, we can only ship to the billing address of your credit card. If you need us to ship to a different address, then please send us a physical money order or cheque indicating the shipping address desired. All Paypal payments must be from confirmed addresses.

Payment must be received within 5 days of auction close or buy-it now. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after 10 days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction or buy-it-now. We endeavour to send all items out the same day as long as they are paid for by 12 noon weekdays. Please note during peak times this could take slightly longer
Postage prices are UK mainland only, which does not include Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands.

Please wait for us to invoice you before paying for items outside the UK including N Ireland and Highlands. Delivery times for these areas tend to be one working day longer. Alternatively contact us before you bid/buy to ask the postage prices first.

If you are outside the above area e.g Rest of Europe, Rest of World please contact us for shipping prices before you buy.

All our items are sent securely packaged to avoid against breakage or damage with realistic postal charges.

All items are checked before dispatch to ensure the item leaves here in perfect A1 condition. We use two methods of posting items.

Lights, exhausts and any large item will be sent via Parcelforce with online tracking facility. Some larger items e.g 4 x 4 A Bars and Side Bars will be sent via another carrier due to their size.

All small items e.g Side Repeaters, Exhaust Trims will be sent via Royal Mail First Class. High value posted items will be sent with Recorded Delivery with online tracking delivery times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and bank holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
