Delivery

I as much as the next person dislike having to pay high postage fees, unfortunately this is all part of using ebay, I try to keep my costs down but nether the less it is part of the fabric.

Items will only be dispatched once payment has been received, if you need the item quickly then this can be arranged but please email me with any requirements before bidding on the item

Also bear in mind that I do have a full time job which often takes me away from home, replying to emails can be difficult but I will try to get back to you as soon as possible, this also means that your item will be posted as soon as I am able to do so

The cost advertised are inclusive of time and materials, this is all within ebay guidelines

For large item I use the Post Offices standard parcel service and enhance the insurance to cover the cost, please note that standard parcel service has a two to three day delivery window, if you need it before it is possible to use another service but this in turn will be more expensive and will cost you more

As mentioned before, I will post as soon as I am able to do so, this is normally next day when funds have cleared, however there are rare occasions when it does take me a little longer

Payment

Payment needs to be completed within three days, failure to comply will result in a unpaid dispute being started which could finally lead to a unpaid strike being made against your account by ebay.

Please understand once this has been done by ebay, please do not ask me lift the strike, as far as I am concerned the item is finished once I have gained my fees back and my obligation lifted.

Sorry to sound so nasty but its the few that ruin it for the masses
