When receiving your order, check to make sure you received the correct sizes and colors.  If they are incorrect–DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGING! Wanda’s Critters Etc. will pay for the return shipping of any item(s) sent to you in error. Although Wanda’s Critters Etc. will not accept items that have been opened, the Manufacturer Guarantees their items against manufacturer defects and does exchange items that do not fit the designated bird type on the size chart. If in doubt about sizing, make sure to ask before ordering. Also, MAKE SURE TO DESIGNATE THE TYPE OF BIRD THAT YOU ARE ORDERING THE ITEM FOR.  THIS PREVENTS AVIAN FASHIONS WARRENTY FROM BEING VOIDED!!!
