BIOGRAPHY OF GEORGE THALBEN-BALL BY JONATHAN RENNERT.  Published by David & Charles, Newton Abbott 1979,  175 pages approximately 50 illustrations.  Thalben Ball was organist of the Temple Church and organist of Birmingham Town Hall. He taught many well known organist of his day. An interesting book with great detail on the musical scene of his day.
