U.K. shipping rate quoted is for the whole of the UK for Royal Mail and UK Mainland ONLY for Parcelforce 48 hour delivery. If you wish to purchase from outside of UK mainland then please email before hand for a delivery quote.

Goods are shipped on clearance or confirmation of payment.
Cheques require 4 full working days after the banking day to clear before we can ship. If payment is made by postal order goods are shipped within 24 hours of payment being received. If payment is made by Paypal or NOCHEX goods are shipped within 24 hours of confirmation of payment.
Please note if an item is returned to sender as "not collected" "refused" or you have provided an incorrect address additional costs will be charged for re shipping

REFUND AND RETURN INFORMATION
Refunds are allowed anytime within the first 7 days.
If item is faulty or there was an error in the listing a full refund will be given including shipping both ways (return shipping will be paid at the most economical rate available unless we arrange collection on your behalf or you use our FREEPOST address in which case the return postage refund will not apply). Items returned as faulty with no fault found will not qualify for a return postage refund and shipping back to you will be at your expense.
If the item is unwanted a refund will be given but buyer pays initial postage and packing and return postage and packing (plus insurance if required) and a handling fee of 7.5% of the item final bid value to cover administration, eBay and Paypal fees. **NOTE** The 7.5% handling fee will not apply if you complete and return CORRECTLY the eBay documentation we send you requesting the refund of the sale within 3 days of receipt.
