90 Day Warranty
All of our phones come with a 90 day warranty unless otherwise stated.
We have found with our years of experience that problems can occur during the setup and install of cordless phones which in most cases is easily solved by referring to the user guide or the manufacturer helpline phone number which is found in the user guide. Of course you can also contact us for any further technical advice.
If the phone does develop a technical fault which can not be sorted out with the help of the technical support it can then be returned to us for repair, replacement or refund. Phones will not be refunded if no fault is found or if you simply don’t like them, this could add additional costs to you as we will not refund any postage cost if this is the case. We will do our up most to try and solve any problems that you are experiencing quickly and efficiently.
However in the unlikely event that you need to return your phone to us, we will recommend that you only return what needs to be returned thus keeping the cost down. Please obtain proof of postage on any item that is returned to us.
