All items are packed with consideration and sent by Parcelforce 24 hour courier service. All Northern Irish, other non-mainland items, and spare parts are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. All European items are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For. Everything we equires a signature so we can provide tracking information if requested.

90% of all orders will be despatched in two working days but please be aware that actual receipt of goods may be delayed if orders are placed late in the week, close to a public holiday, when there is a postal strike, or if you live outside of the Mainland.

Please note we do not allow personal collections from our premises and we do not ship to countries outside Europe unless stated otherwise in the auction.

Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer and added to the invoice during checkout. We do combine postage on items, although this is not possible on European and certain larger items.

Please be aware that in order to qualify for combined postage you must complete the checkout process within seven days of the first auction ending. If you wish to amend an order please be aware that this may not always be possible after you have completed the checkout process, as your item will have automatically been passed over to our despatch team.

Pentagon Sales Limited is registered as a private company in the UK and is registered for VAT. You will be issued with an invoice through eBay which is your record of the transaction. We do not supply any additional invoice when we ship your goods, due to the fact that in most cases people do not require it and there is no point in putting any more pressure on the environment than necessary. If you are a company and you need an invoice which highlights the VAT please email us a request and we will provide it.

90 Day Warranty

Unless stated otherwise, all our products are sold in perfect working order. In the unlikely event there is a problem we will replace any part which you believe to be defective as long as we are informed not more than 90 days from the date the auction ends.

We would encourage customers to thoroughly read the user manuals, and trouble shoot any problems with the assistance of the manufacturer's helpline, which can be found inside the manual. Moreover, it is often the case that by simply swapping over batteries, handsets, and chargers you can identify the fault yourself. It is cheaper and less inconvenient (in the case of multiple handset items) to send back the faulty part rather than the whole item.

The warranty does not extend to items which have been cosmetically damaged, are incomplete (in the case of full sets) or lost in transit, so remember to get proof of posting from the Post Office.

The sale does not end for us when you have paid ! We take pride in our customer service and we want to help you, so please be reasonable with your requests, polite in your emails and understanding of the pressures we work under and we will do our best to reciprocate.

Pentagon Sales is the sister company of Integrated Trading, who are responsible in the UK for receiving, handling, sorting and distributing all iDect and Binatone ex-display, damaged box, and 16 day returned products direct from the retailer.

Unless stated otherwise in the auction, most of our products are therefore as new, having either been used for shop display or returned under warranty unopened. Moreover, our trained team of technicians thoroughly check all items using a line and

exchange simulator to make sure the item is not faulty and that everything is complete and in good cosmetic condition. They are then re-packed in the original boxes ready for despatch. We call this refurbished for want of a better word as the items are not brand new but they are not repaired from faulty either.

The bottom line is that they look and work exactly the same as they would if you bought them from a shop, except in this case you will be paying 50% less for them.
