Combined postage/shipping
1. Purchase of more than one item will mean I can reduce the postage charge for you, generally the more items purchased the better the reduction available. Please email for a combined invoice.
2. I CANNOT refund the postage after you have paid, so you will need to request a revised invoice for combined purchases prior to making payment.
3. Where free shipping is offered items will be sent via Royal Mail second class post unless otherwise indicated on the listing.
Dispatch/Postage
1. Please allow 2 working days for dispatch following receipt of cleared payment although generally items are dispatched on a next day basis. I post Monday to Friday.
2. If dispatch is delayed for some reason, I always send an explanatory email.
3. Occasionally I make a mistake in my stock taking and an item may be unavailable. Should this happen an immediate refund and apology will be made.
4. I cannot determine delivery times once an item is dispatched, but should you encounter a problem will do my best to help.
UK Buyers- Payments
1. I prefer payment by Paypal.
2. I will accept postal orders and UK cheques. Please note that payment by cheque may result in delayed dispatch of your items as I do not post until payment has cleared. Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt to clear cheques as they are banked weekly (more often where possible)
3. I will also accept a direct bank transfer. Please email for details.
4. I always get a Certificate of Posting which covers a UK parcel up to a maximum value of £32.00, parcels over this value will be sent either by recorded delivery or standard parcels according to value and weight. This will usually be marked on the listing.
Overseas Buyers- Payments
International sales by Paypal only. I do not accept Western Union Payments or International Money Orders.
1. Parcels sent by standard airmail (shipping price quoted) are NOT trackable. If you require a tracking no you will need to purchase Airsure insurance. Insurance is payable in addition to shipping charges quoted.
2. All International orders over the value of £32.00 require insurance.
Insurance will be Royal Mail Airsure (trackable) or’ International signed for’ (trackable until leaves UK) depending on availability to any specific destination.
Airsure destinations: Europe: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Spitzbergen, Sweden and Switzerland. World Zone 1: USA, World Zone 2: New Zealand.
Airsure rates : where value of parcel < £32.00 = £4.20, >£32.00 = £6.20
All other destinations by International signed for. International signed for is only trackable until it leaves the UK.
International signed for rates: where value of parcel <£32.00 = £3.50, >£32.00 = £5.50.
3. Please note on the advice of Paypal I will NOT post any item to unconfirmed INTERNATIONAL paypal addresses unless you purchase insurance, regardless of package value. Purchase assumes you have read and accept these conditions. I reserve the right to cancel a sale should appropriate insurance not be purchased.
Returns Policy
1. A goodwill refund of the item price only is available for items returned unused and still tagged (untagged if sold untagged) within 14 days of dispatch.
2. Postage, packing and service charges are non refundable.
3. Return postage at buyer’s expense. (unless an item is faulty or a seller error has been made)
4. Items returned minus tags will be refunded at 60% of original price.
5. Items returned in a used condition will NOT be accepted and will be returned to sender.
6. I recommend you use a postage service that requires a signature when returning an item. Proof of posting is not accepted as proof of delivery.
