How soon can I expect to receive my order?
US Postal Service Economy takes 4 to 21 business days after shipping. You can normally expect your item in 1 to 2 weeks. Please do not contact us about a missing order unless 21 business days have passed and you have not received your item.
How do I check on the status of my order?
You will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of payment and shipping of your order, your order will be shipped ASAP.
Do you combine orders to reduce shipping costs?
Yes, see shipping rates above. Items other then media items, we can not combine due to the different sizes and shapes of our products, we are unable set up to combine multiple items into a single invoice and calculate shipping fees at Check-Out. Once an invoice is created, packing and preparation for shipment has begun so it is not possible to add to an existing order. We may be able to combine shipping under some circumstances, email us for a quote. Do not assume items other then media items will be combined. In order to take advantage of combined shipping you will need to wait and pay for all your items at once.
How do I pay for my purchase?
A Winning Bidder Notification email which is sent after the auction close or store purchase contains all the instructions you need for payment.
Can I pick up my item locally?
No we do not have a retail storefront, all items will be shipped.
