This charm comes packaged in a box. This bead fits BIAGI KIDZ bracelets which are available to purchase in our shop - Be Charmed Jewellery. (Please note that the Biagi Kidz bracelet and charm beads are not suitable for children under the age of 4 as they contain small parts and may present a choking hazard) We prefer PayPal but also accept cheques. Items paid for by cheque will be despatched once cheque has cleared. This can take up to 10 days. Items are posted by Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery (recommended). As these are small yet valuable items we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery (signed for). We cannot be held responsible for postal loss (we always obtain proof of posting). Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards using either Google Checkout or PayPal. We will accept a cheque with a bank card number on the back for purchases within the UK. We will not despatch the goods until the cheque has cleared the bank - this can take between 7 and 10 *working* days.

This does not include any taxes or duties when shipping to non EC countries. Please check with your country's customs office for further details.



Delivery

We deliver worldwide. We will only accept orders from outside the UK if payment is by Google Checkout or PayPal. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to despatch within two working days. 

Please note - we are only able to deliver goods to the card holders billing address. 


All items are sent by Recorded Delivery, however, if you wish your items to be *INSURED*, then you must select the Royal Mail Special Delivery postage option and pay the required charge. If you do not choose Royal Mail Special Delivery, then we cannot be held responsible for postal losses. 
Damages/shortages must be notified to Be Charmed Jewellery within 48 hours of delivery. 
The charge for delivery will be shown at the checkout stage before final submission.




Delivery Costs
The delivery costs for the UK are as follows: 

£1.50 Recorded Delivery (tracked - signed for - not insured) + 25p per additional item
£5.00 Special Delivery (tracked - signed for - INSURED - next day delivery) + 25p per additional item

Purchasing
Ebay will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we dispatch the product to you. The contract will be filed. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser once they are delivered.



Warranties
New items come with a minimum 1 month warranty against manufacturer defect.



Faulty Goods
Faulty goods, where the fault is due to manufacturing defect, it will be exchanged or refunded where possible within the first 7 days of purchase. Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods. Any item for refund must be returned within 7 days, in full packing and must be sent by a tracked method, eg. Recorded Delivery. After that time, faulty goods must be returned to Be Charmed Jewellery at the customer's cost and liability.

Credit/debit card/Google Checkout/ PayPal refunds will be processed at our earliest convenience and can take up to 4 weeks to show on the customer's account. 



14 Day Returns Policy
Goods may be returned to Be Charmed Jewellery up to 7 days after date of purchase for a full refund or exchange provided that: 

1. The goods are returned in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging materials. 
2. The goods are a normal stock item and have not been specially ordered at the customer's request. 
3. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is produced.
4. Items are returned by a tracked method, eg. Recorded Delivery.

Delivery and collection charges are not refundable. 


Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.

Return policy

Faulty goods: We will refund the cost of the item as soon as we receive it back unused and with its original packaging. Please contact us beforehand by telephone or email and obtain proof of postage when returning items. We will only refund for faulty goods. 

If you change your mind after receiving the item, we will only offer an exchange item and the buyer will be liable for all postage costs / listing fees / final value fees and PayPal fees incurred as a result.

Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day you receive the item. Find out more about your rights as a buyerand exceptions.
