Please note that we accept returns under the following conditions: Items must be returned within 7 days from receipt in an unworn, unwashed damage free condition as originally purchased from us with any original tags still attached where applicable. Any items returned to us are done so at your own risk and must be correctly packaged. We do not take responsibility for any items damaged in transit to us. In the event that items are returned to us in a condition not as stated above we will not offer a refund and you will be responsible for any postage charges incurred in sending the item back to you. Upon receipt of the item being returned to us in the acceptable condition as described we will refund your money in full less the original postage & packaging charges. We will not be responsible for any return postage & packaging costs. All items are clearly listed along with relevant sizes. If you require any further clarification we will answer any emails sent to us within 24 hours. Proof of postage is always obtained and this information can be supplied if required, Wedding Beau's will not be liable for any items which are lost in the post.
